Opel Corsa 1.3GT (MY 85-88)

(these information refer to the models sold in Germany)

 

From May 1985 on, the sportiest model was renamed from 1.3SR to 1.3GT. The equipment was still the same:

  • Sport suspension and shock absorbers

  • Wider stabiliser bars

  • Special front and rear spoilers (reduced the cw-value from 0.36 to 0.35)

  • Body mouldings

  • Side stripes

  • Sport alloy wheels with 155/70-13 tyres

  • Front und rear wiper with intermittent function

  • Sport seats, Sport gauges with tachometer

  • Oil pressure and volt gauges

  • Front tunnel console

   

 

 

The interior was now available in grey or brown:

 

 

 

From the model year '88 on, a new grill and new bumpers were fitted to the GT. Furthermore, the following changes were made:

  • Warning light for handbrake

  • Illumination for trunk and glove box

   

 

 

With the introduction of the Corsa GSi in September 1988, the GT was no longer available
